Oikia Quest is a private building administration application. It is presently an onboarding and building-setup service, not a financial payment processor or a professional accounting, legal or engineering service.

Authorized use

Users must sign in with their own Google account and access only buildings for which they have received authorization or which they created. Building administrators are responsible for assigning roles and apartments correctly and for inviting members with their consent where appropriate.

Building data

Administrators are responsible for the accuracy of building names, apartment details, allocation coefficients and any future billing records. The current version does not calculate or issue legally authoritative gas bills or common-expense statements. Planned features are not contractual commitments.

Acceptable conduct

Do not attempt to access another building's information without authorization, impersonate another person, upload unlawful data or use the application to breach other people's privacy.

Availability

The service may change during development, and temporary interruptions are possible. Keep your own copies of essential building records. Nothing on this page removes rights that cannot legally be waived.
